1. About the laboratory

宁波数字孪生(东方理工)研究院是由宁波市人民政府批准,宁波市科学技术局与宁波东方理工大学合作共建的新型研发机构。流体、声学与振动实验室拥有国际化高端人才队伍,以及全消声室、室内外无人机飞场、多通道数采系统、运动轨迹动捕系统、传声器阵列、结构模态实验系统等硬件和 COMSOL、SOLIDWORKS、MATLAB、LabVIEW 等正版仿真软件及编程平台,面向通用航空、低空经济及高端制造等领域,承担国家、省市级重点和企业重大项目,开展应用基础研究、关键技术开发及成果转化。为科研人员提供优良科研条件、工程实践平台和交叉学科合作环境。

The Ningbo Digital Twin (EIT) Research Institute is a research and development institution approved by the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government and jointly established by the Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau and Eastern Institute of Technology, Ningbo. Its Fluids, Acoustics and Vibration Laboratory brings together an international team of leading researchers. Facilities include a fully anechoic chamber, indoor and outdoor UAV flight arenas, multichannel data acquisition systems, motion capture systems, microphone arrays and structural modal testing systems, alongside licensed COMSOL, SOLIDWORKS, MATLAB and LabVIEW software. Serving general aviation, the low-altitude economy and advanced manufacturing, the laboratory undertakes national, provincial and municipal key projects and major industrial projects, conducting application-oriented fundamental research, technology development and technology transfer. It offers excellent research facilities, engineering opportunities and an interdisciplinary working environment.

三、岗位职责

3. Responsibilities

  • 负责声学与振动实验设计、系统搭建和调试,参与相关项目所需实验方案制定及实施;
  • 负责传声器、力、加速度传感器、数据采集系统等测试设备的校准和标定;
  • 使用 Python、LabVIEW 或 C++ 等语言,编写信号采集、信号处理、信号分析及结果的可视化程序;
  • 协助完成项目申报、阶段汇报、验收等科研成果材料准备;
  • 完成实验室负责人安排的其它科研与工程技术服务等相关任务。
  • Design acoustic and vibration experiments, build and commission experimental systems, and help develop and implement project-specific experimental plans.
  • Calibrate microphones, force and acceleration sensors, data acquisition systems and other measurement equipment.
  • Develop programs for signal acquisition, processing, analysis and visualization using Python, LabVIEW or C++.
  • Assist with project proposals, progress reports, project acceptance reviews and related research documentation.
  • Carry out other research and engineering support tasks assigned by the laboratory director.

四、申请条件

4. Qualifications

  • 工程师岗位申请人需已获得或即将获得硕士以上学位;实习生岗位申请人需已完成基础课程学习;
  • 具有声学、振动、工程力学、航空航天、车辆工程、流体动力学、结构动力学、控制工程、机械工程、无人机等相关专业背景的申请人,优先获聘;
  • 熟悉 Python、MATLAB 及 LabVIEW,能够进行数字信号处理及分析的相关程序开发;
  • 熟悉 COMSOL、ANSYS Fluent、VA One,或其它声学振动仿真软件中的至少一种;
  • 熟悉 SOLIDWORKS、Creo,或其它三维建模软件中的至少一种;
  • 具有较好的中英文文献阅读和综述能力,口头和书面交流能力。
  • Engineer applicants should hold or be nearing completion of a master’s degree or higher; internship applicants should have completed their foundational coursework.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with backgrounds in acoustics, vibration, engineering mechanics, aerospace engineering, vehicle engineering, fluid dynamics, structural dynamics, control engineering, mechanical engineering, UAVs or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB and LabVIEW, with the ability to develop digital signal processing and analysis programs.
  • Familiarity with at least one acoustics or vibration simulation package, such as COMSOL, ANSYS Fluent or VA One.
  • Familiarity with at least one 3D modeling package, such as SOLIDWORKS or Creo.
  • Good ability to read and review technical literature in Chinese and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
