1. About the institute

宁波东方理工低空经济创新研究院面向低空经济、通用航空、无人机、eVTOL、分布式电推进飞行器及新型低空飞行器等领域发展需求,聚焦城市风场与低空运行环境仿真、低空飞行器气动设计、气动噪声预测、飞行性能评估、动力系统匹配、多物理场耦合仿真、数字孪生建模与工程软件平台建设,开展应用基础研究、关键技术开发、工程验证及成果转化。提供良好的科研环境、工程实践平台和交叉学科合作空间。

The Ningbo EIT Low-altitude Economy Innovation Research Institute addresses the needs of the low-altitude economy, general aviation, UAVs, eVTOL aircraft, distributed electric propulsion and emerging low-altitude aircraft. Its work spans urban wind fields and low-altitude operating environments, aerodynamic design, aeroacoustic prediction, flight-performance assessment, propulsion-system matching, coupled multiphysics simulation, digital twins and engineering software platforms. The institute conducts application-oriented basic research, key technology development, engineering validation and technology transfer, with a supportive research environment, engineering platforms and interdisciplinary collaboration.

三、岗位职责

3. Responsibilities

  • 负责城市风场、低空运行环境及 eVTOL 等低空飞行器构型的气动、声学、飞行性能和多物理场仿真分析,完成建模、计算、后处理及数据分析,支撑设计优化、运行安全评估和工程应用验证。
  • 参与低空飞行器数字孪生仿真平台、工程化仿真流程、自动化计算脚本和后处理工具开发。
  • 协助开展仿真结果与风洞试验、飞行试验、声学测试及其他实验数据的对比验证。
  • 协助完成科研项目申报、阶段汇报、验收等科研成果材料准备。
  • 完成研究院负责人安排的其他科研、工程技术服务及平台建设相关工作。
  • Perform aerodynamic, acoustic, flight-performance and multiphysics simulations of urban wind fields, low-altitude operating environments and aircraft configurations such as eVTOLs. Carry out modelling, computation, post-processing and data analysis to support design optimisation, operational safety assessment and engineering validation.
  • Contribute to digital-twin simulation platforms, engineering simulation workflows, automated computation scripts and post-processing tools for low-altitude aircraft.
  • Help validate simulations against wind-tunnel tests, flight tests, acoustic measurements and other experimental data.
  • Assist with research proposals, progress reports, project acceptance documentation and other research deliverables.
  • Undertake other research, engineering services and platform-development tasks assigned by the institute leadership.

4. Qualifications

  • 已获得或即将获得硕士及以上学位,航空航天、流体力学、飞行器设计、声学等相关专业背景。
  • 熟悉 ANSYS Fluent、STAR-CCM+、OpenFOAM、PowerFLOW、COMSOL 等仿真软件,具备 Python、MATLAB 脚本编程能力,能够开展数据处理、自动化建模、批量计算、结果分析。
  • 具有较好的中英文文献阅读、技术报告撰写、沟通协作和工程问题分析能力。
  • A completed or forthcoming master’s degree or higher in aerospace engineering, fluid mechanics, aircraft design, acoustics or a related field.
  • Familiarity with simulation software such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, PowerFLOW and COMSOL, and Python and MATLAB scripting skills for data processing, automated modelling, batch computation and analysis.
  • Strong skills in reading Chinese and English technical literature, writing technical reports, communication, collaboration and engineering problem analysis.

加分条件

Preferred experience

  • 具有多旋翼、螺旋桨、涵道风扇、eVTOL、飞行器总体设计、气动声学、推进系统仿真、飞行动力学仿真或数字孪生平台开发经验者优先。
  • 具有高性能计算平台使用经验,熟悉 Linux 系统、并行计算、任务调度和大规模数据后处理者优先。
  • 具有高水平科研成果、工程项目实施或项目结题验收经验者优先。
  • Experience with multirotors, propellers, ducted fans, eVTOLs, aircraft conceptual design, aeroacoustics, propulsion simulation, flight-dynamics simulation or digital-twin platforms.
  • Experience with high-performance computing platforms, Linux, parallel computing, job scheduling and large-scale data post-processing.
  • A strong research track record, engineering project experience or experience with project completion and acceptance.
